The Pulwama attack that killed 40 CRPF jawans on 14 February continues to be the Big Story given all the developments that happened in the aftermath of the attack.

One of the biggest incidents that happened since the attack is of course yet another encounter in Pulwama, around 10 kilometers away from where the first attack had taken place.

Two terrorists belonging to Jaish-e-Mohammad, including one believed to be the mastermind behind the Pulwama attack, have been killed in an encounter. Unfortunately, in that encounter we also lost one civilian – Mushtaq Ahmed, and four army men identified as Major VS Dhoundiyal, Havaldar Sheo Ram, Sepoy Ajay Kumar and Sepoy Hari Singh.

Most of the addresses from Narendra Modi-led government promised that those behind the Pulwama attack would pay dearly and also that India would isolate Pakistan in the international community for sheltering Masood Azhar and JeM.

But on a strategic level what are the several steps that could be taken in multiple directions to avoid future terrorist attacks? Tune in to The Big Story!
