“I exercised my right and my duty as a citizen. Do come out in large numbers and turn our dream into a reality,” says Irfan Macchiwala.
“Voting for the first time was a nice experience, I went to the polling booth with my mom and dad.
As I was a first time voter, I read about EVM machine on the internet a day before, I knew it would be an easy task, but I wanted to make sure that I properly utilise my vote.
After entering the polling booth, I was looking at the EVM machine and it had so many options! I was looking at all symbols, (there was a ludo, a laptop which I was not aware of, because for me the known parties were Shiv Sena, the BJP, the Congress, AAP & MNS) and therefore it just took me a longer time. But despite the time, I felt proud after casting my vote,” said Neelam.
“I voted for a better future”, said Faiz Sayed.
