Burhan Majid

Burhan Majid is an Assistant Professor of Law at Jamia Hamdard, with over a decade of experience in legal education and constitutional scholarship. He previously taught at the Central University of Kashmir and is currently pursuing a PhD in Law at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. A Visiting Fellow at the University of Oxford, Burhan’s research focuses on constitutional law, federalism, and the legal history of Kashmir. His published work appears in leading academic and public policy platforms.
