Play resumed on Wednesday for the 2019 ICC World Cup semi-final and some good bowling by India ensured New Zealand got to post just 239 in their 50 overs.

It was the time for the batsmen soon after but Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and KL Rahul all failed as India were reduced to 5/3. While Virat came out to bat at the fall of Rohit’s wicket, many were expecting MS Dhoni to step out when Virat Kohli was given out lbw.

However, the former skipper continues to sit in the dressing room despite the fall of Dinesh Karthik as well.

India are now four down with Rishabh Pant and Hardik Pandya at the crease.

Twitter, on expected lines, had a few things to say.
