US President Donald Trump on Thursday, 28 November, tweeted a rather bizarre image of his head cropped on to the bare-chested body of the fictional movie character and American icon, Rocky Balboa.
Trump's post comes after media speculation over his sudden visit to the hospital, but it contains no text to give the image any context.
The post comes just a day ahead of the anniversary of Rocky IV's release. But it is unclear if this is coincidental, since the poster that Trump has used is from Rocky III.

Twitter users' reactions were split. While Trump's supporters cheered him on, critics blasted the US president.
Others were less kind.
Balboa, played by actor Sylvester Stallone, is a main character in the 'Rocky' series of American boxing sports-drama films, which tells the story of a boxer who climbs up the ranks in the world of professional boxing with nothing but his pride, determination and hard work.
