Delhi Chief Minister (CM) and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday, 29 May, asked Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar how he will run a government if he can't stop paper leak.

"Khattar sahab, how can you run a government , when you can't get a question paper done?" Kejriwal asked at a rally in Haryana's Kurukshetra.

Listing out the various question paper leaks which happened in the state under Khattar government in the past two years, he said, "Not just in Haryana, even at Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh and wherever there is BJP government, lots of paper leaks have happened."

With a scathing attack on the saffron party, Kejriwal launched AAP's campaign for the Haryana Civic polls that are scheduled to take place in June this year.

Kejriwal also said, "If you want to make your children goons, rioters, and rapists, send them to Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)."

"People who want their kids to become lawyers, engineers and doctors, send them to schools run by us. If you want them to become goons, rapists, and rioters, send them to BJP. The party has such people," he said, adding that the saffron party wants unemployed youth to work for them as goons.

"Hence, they will never provide jobs to your children," he said.

Addressing the people gathered at the rally, Kejriwal said that the performance of children studying at schools in AAP governed Delhi is on par with that of the students of private schools after his government transformed schools in the national capital.

This year, Kejriwal said, as many as 4 lakh students came out of private schools to join schools run by the Delhi government. In fact, children from rich families are also taking admission in our schools. In addition, some 400 students who studied in government schools cracked competitive exams in engineering and got admission in well acclaimed colleges, Kejriwal claimed.

Further, taking a dig at the governance of Haryana CM Khattar, he asked who comes to see schools run under Khattar's government.

"Despite being a simple man who doesn't know much about politics, I have managed to improve schools in Delhi. This year, the schools have obtained 99.7 percent results. The former first lady of US, Melania Trump had come to visit our government school. Who has come to see Khattar government's school," he said, adding that he would transform and improve schools in Haryana if voted to power.

AAP had recently witnessed a massive victory in the Punjab Assembly polls.

'BJP Honours Rapists, Includes Them In Party'

Speaking at the rally, Kejriwal also critiqued the BJP for garlanding the youth wing activists of the party who were arrested for allegedly attacking his house.

He further accused the BJP of honoring rapists all around the country. "Anywhere else in the world if a person has raped someone he is sent to jail, only in India, rapists are hounoured and welcomed into BJP."

Referring to the Lakhimpur Kheri violence, he said, "Their (BJP) people ran vehicle over the farmers, but members of the saffron party did all they can and roped in top lawyers in the country to save the accused."

Talking at the rally, Kejriwal also promised to people that his government will provide free electricity, clean neighbourhoods, if voted to power. "Ours is a honest government, it is not corrupt like the BJP."

"And I will not form alliance with any party to win elections. I will ally with 130 crore people of the country, with farmers, labourers, doctors and strive to make India the number 1 nation in the world," he said, adding, "Give me one chance, I will transform Haryana into a corruption free state."
