A video of a Pakistani man abusing elderly Indian women in England’s Birmingham, saying they are not welcome in Birmingham or in Jammu and Kashmir is being widely circulated on social media.

In the video, the man can be seen heckling the women, claiming to “fight till the last drop of blood” to move them from Birmingham.

“We will not tolerate India. We will fight till the end...till the last drop of blood. The way India moved us, we will move you from here. You will not stay here,” the man can be heard saying while moving towards them in a hostile manner.

Tensions between India and Pakistan escalated after New Delhi ended Jammu and Kashmir's special status on 5 August and bifurcated it into two Union Territories.

In retaliation, Pakistan downgraded its diplomatic relations with India and attempted to internationalise the Kashmir issue.

Meanwhile, India has asserted that the abrogation of Article 370 was an “internal matter” and Pakistan has no locus standi in the matter.
