Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday, 17 October, said that the odd-even scheme which is scheduled to be implemented in the capital from 4 to 15 November will exempt two-wheelers.
He clarified that the scheme will also include vehicles coming from other states, besides non-transport 4-wheeled vehicles.
He also said that the scheme will be applicable from 8 am to 8 pm, except on Sundays, and violating the rule will incur a fine of Rs 4,000.

The car rationing scheme will be introduced between 4-15 November. Cars with number plates ending in an odd number will only be allowed to ply on odd-numbered days. While cars with number plates ending in an even number will be allowed to ply on even numbered days.
