The third merit and cut-off lists for undergraduate admissions to colleges and courses under Mumbai University were released on Monday, 24 June.
The document verification can reportedly be done up till 5 pm on 25 June, while fees can be paid from 25 to 27 June.
The first and second merit and cut-off lists were released on 17 June and 20 June respectively.

The first merit list 2019 will carry the minimum marks at which candidates will be called for the document verification process. The list will be determined based on the marks secured by candidates in their qualifying examination. The dates for candidates to appear for the document verification process at the different colleges will be mentioned in the list.
Commerce and Science stream emerged as the most preferred courses with B. Com (Accounts and Finance) having 73,888 applications and B.Sc having 57,849 applications, according to a report in The Hindu.

The affiliated colleges began putting up the lists on their websites on the evening of Monday, 17 June.

Speaking to The Quint, Maharashtra state board student and FYBSc applicant at St Xavier's College Meghna Vinodan said, "I think the management has chosen the cut-off very wisely, because for other boards (other than HSC) it's different according to the scores and the percentages that board students have scored overall. And for HSC board, they've kept it at 78 percent, which is nice, because this year the HSC board results were dipping."

The cut-off for FYBA Admissions at St Xavier's College in the second merit list is 92 percent for HSC and 98 percent for Others in the General category under Arts.

However, no third list was released for BA and BSc courses in St Xavier's College, and BA in open category at Ruia College, reported The Indian Express.
"While the trend remains the same as last year, the cut-offs for BSc has dipped in most colleges. Since the courses in general have increased, the interest towards pure sciences has become less," St Xavier's principal Rajendra Shinde was quoted by the daily as saying.
