It’s been a year since RERA was set up.

On 1 May 2017, RERA was implemented across the country to safeguard the rights of home owners and potential home buyers.

But even after a year, the law is not implemented in all the states of the country, and where it has been implemented, it has not really been able to implemented it properly. Besides Maharashtra, there have been complaints about the efficiency of the real estate regulatory authority in other states. Here’s a quick reality check.
