Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) on Monday, 3 May, released the notification regarding the recruitment of specialist Medical Officer & General Medical Officer. Registration from the same commences on Tuesday, 4 May 2021.

Eligible candidates who wish to apply for the same can do it at BTSC's official website: pariksha.nic.in

A total of 6,338 medical officers’ vacancies are to be filled through this recruitment drive. Out of which 306 will be specialist medical officers, and 2,632 will be general medical officers.

  • Click on the 'Apply Online' link on the home page
  • Click on 'All Notifications/Advertisements'
  • Click on 'Apply' against the post you want to apply for
  • Fill in your basic details to register yourself
  • Login using your registered credentials
  • Fill up the application form and upload the required document
  • Submit the form and pay the application fee

Application Fee

  • General/ OBC/ EWS: Rs 250
  • ST/ SC/ EBC (Bihar residents): Rs 50
  • Female candidates (Bihar residents)
  • Non-residents of Bihar (Male/Female): Rs 200

Age Requirement

  • General Male candidates: 37 years
  • General Female candidates: 40 years
  • SC/ST candidates: 42 years
  • BC/OBC candidates: 40 years
